Our Story
How we got here.
I've spent my whole career watching people worry about money they'd worked hard for, and worry about it needlessly, because the advice they were getting wasn't actually built around them. I started in this industry in 2009, and since then I've learned what clients really needed, and just as often, what they weren't getting. Somewhere along the way, I knew I’d eventually have to go out on my own to do the planning I felt people required.

My father started his own company when I was two years old, quitting a steady job because he knew there was a better way and would make it work. My grandmother moved to Hawaii by herself in the 1970s and started a scaffolding company on Oahu, because she saw a need and figured out how to meet it.
I started Huffman Wealth so I could do planning the way I felt clients deserved. Nothing more complicated than that. Independent, on my own terms, built around the person sitting across from me instead of anyone eles's agenda.
