Eric believes that exceptional client service begins with strong processes, attention to detail, and a willingness to solve problems before they become obstacles.

As Director of Operations and an Enrolled Agent (EA), Eric supports both the operational and tax planning needs of the firm. He works behind the scenes to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies, and ensure clients receive a seamless experience. He also assists with tax planning strategies and prepares tax returns for many of the firm's clients.

Before joining Huffman Wealth Management, Eric earned a Finance degree from DePaul University, where he was a four-year starter on the Blue Demons tennis team. He later completed his master's degree at Northern Illinois University.
